What is NICEIC?
NICEIC are leading voluntary regulatory bodies for the electrical contracting industry and wider construction services. Owned by Certsure LLP, they maintain a combined roll of over 37,000 contractors. All of our contractors undertake regular assessments for their scheme(s) of choice ensuring their work is completed to the highest standards.
All customers are covered by our Platinum Promise. This provides assurance to your customers that any work that has not been carried out in compliance to the building regulations will be rectified. It lasts for 6 years, up to a limit of £25,000. It provides consumers with an extra peace of mind and NICEIC contractors with a competitive advantage over others.
What is Part P Scheme?
The Part P Scheme allows assessed businesses (P&H Contracts) to self-certify their own electrical installation work and ensure it is compliant with the requirements of Part P of the Building Regulations. The schemes cover the design, installation, inspection & testing and certification of electrical work associated with dwellings, intended to operate at low or extra low voltage in accordance with BS7671 and the Building Regulations.
